Snowdrops in a Storm

Picture a cold windy winter day.  There are a few flurries in the air and bravely snowdrop flowers hold on waiting for the sun to come out.  The colors chosen for this painting are very cold colors.  Then we have a hint of red in the violets offering hope.  The painting comes with a double mat of 11" x 14" and is ready to slide into your frame and hang on your wall.

This painting was inspired by Jean Haines during her Online Watercolor School. The idea and instruction is Jean's but the painting was done by Sandy.
