Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Deposits on commissioned work
Commissioned products (We work with the client during the process to communicate to best meet your needs)
To complete your return, we may request a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds/or exchange may be granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Returns:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and determined its eligibility. We will correspond with you regarding the next course of action.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item, we recommended using a shipping method with tracking and insurance as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Due to your geographic location and conditions out of our control(shipping provider, weather, etc.), the time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. These products are hand crafted pieces of art that are made with materials that have slight variations which makes it impossible to guarantee replication. While this ensures that your piece of art is one of a kind, it also makes it impossible to guarantee replacement. We do our best to accurately represent the product on our website. Exchanges are made for comparable products based on availability. We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and hope you will contact us so that we can communicate with you about what your options may be. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be issued to you. If the item was shipped to the gifter first, it may be necessary to involve that person in the return process. Shipping
Gazing through Glass primarily uses USPS to ship your purchase. You can request shipping from UPS or FedEx.
You shipping charges will be calculated with the weight of the purchase, adequate protective wrapping and package which may be a box or padded envelope. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days and you will be provided with a tracking number.
