Hawthorne Berries in the Fall
Coco Chanel once said simplicity is the keynote of all true elegance. Sometimes as an artist seeks to create the beauty of the world but they can overdo it. This painting of Hawthorne Berries took a twig of berries and tried to give it a little push into the colors of the world. It is the simplicity of the subject and the glaze of a fall color gives the painting that push into decorating your room. The painting measures 15" x 6" and needs to be put into a mat and frame.
This painting was inspired by Jean Haines during her Online Watercolor School. The idea and instruction is Jean's but the painting was done by Sandy.
