Black irid becomes the backdrop for this dish that was sifted with clear powder in the design of grapes on a vine. This was then “painted” to form the picture and then fired. Pieces of transparent green,gold, and Neo-lavender were added making a 2 sided border for this 12” x 7” sushi plate.
