You can feel the warm summer breeze and the salt on your lips when you view this watercolor painting. The painting comes framed in a 23" x 27" black wood frame with a double mat of cream and maroon. It is painted in a loose way that makes you feel the movement of the water. Starfish and seashells complete the setting.
This painting was done while attending Jean Haines Online Watercolor School. The techniques that Ms. Haines teaches encourage loose and exciting paintings. She has graciously asked that the proceeds from all paintings that mirror hers be donated to charity. She will be proud to know that The Jesuit Art Museum will benefit from her instruction.
