This piece features irid glass, which is glass coated with a metallic finish. It showcases an irid coating sprayed over black glass, then sprinkled with clear glass to create a vortex effect at its center. The 17" x 7" tray, with its turned-up ends, is ideal for serving dry items. However, due to the metal coating, it is recommended to use a cover barrier to prevent food from directly contacting the metallic surface.
