12" x 6.5" tray. The inlaid "windows" of this piece is handmade glass. The glass was placed in a vessel with the hopes that the flares of color would feel like those spots of your life that you want to highlight. This glass was then cut apart and hand cold worked to fit together to form the "window". The transparent blue was added to give the depth necessary to highlight the windows. This tray was fired 5 times. Each firing completed one of the tasks necessary to make this a truly unique piece of glass art.
