This plate features real geranium flowers that are coated with powdered glass and fired onto a piece of transparent yellow irid glass. The resulting geranium glass is then hand pieced with an opaque red border highlighting the beauty of the flowers. The glass is then slumped in a 12" origami square plate that has an offset square within a square. The result is pure magic. A sure conversation starter.
